Lately, there have been many errors when trying to view an iFrame video from YouTube.
It’s a common thread in many Developer Communities, as more and more often, instead of the beloved video on a web page, we see:

But why and what’s going on?
Here’s how to solve the problem in one fell swoop.
YouTube is a site that grinds up bandwidth like a thresher in a wheat field…and it always has been, with hundreds of thousands of pieces of content added every hour, it’s the most popular video platform in the world.
And it costs a lot of money to maintain.
This is nothing new for Alphabet, which owns the platform; it’s been practically the only negative on the balance sheet (since its acquisition). Sure, over the years, a good portion of the expenses are offset by ads, which are increasingly numerous, insistent, and annoying…but there are budget and marketing rules that we won’t explore in this short article.
So then, what happens?
In the past, bandwidth consumption was a problem; today, optimizing resources has become a necessity. Therefore, the old Iframes that worked flawlessly until yesterday now need a little tweaking. Otherwise, you’ll get our error 153.
